All the prices are given in United States Dollars (USD).
The full registration fee includes the Book of Abstracts, proceedings (on CD-ROM), attendance of scientific sessions and the exhibition, coffee breaks, lunches, the Welcome Reception, and the Banquet.
IIAV Members are offered a reduced registration. To be eligible for this rate, the registrant should have paid the IIAV membership dues for 2010.
The student registration fee does not include the Banquet.The accompanying person fee includes the Monday reception, the Wednesday Dinner, and the tour to the pyramids.

The registration fee entitles only to one paper presentation. Additional presentations are each charged an extra paper fee of USD 200.
Each extra Banquet ticket costs USD 150.
Registration to the Ultra Green Airport Seminar includes the seminar attendance, lunchs and coffee breaks on Wednesday and Thursday, and the Banquet.
The invited speakers to the seminar register for free. They are welcome here to book accomodation and tours.
